Seller selects the equipment, written price quote from manufacturer is provided

An Equipment Purchase Addendum is added to the Purchase and Sale Agreement

Seller delivers and gold is processed by the refinery

Manufacturer issues purchase order and receipt for equipment deposit

Deposit paid and surplus funds from the refinery proceeds are wired to seller’s account

Seller delivers 2nd gold shipment (optional) on completion of equipment order

Second gold shipment proceeds fund final payment and shipping of equipment
