Seller provides an FCO or soft offer
We return a confirmation of our interest
A preliminary Purchase and Sale Agreement is provided by our company
The Purchase and Sale Agreement is completed and signed by both parties
A delivery schedule is approved by both parties
Seller provides copies of export documents and commercial invoice
Seller confirms shipment and provides airway bill, preferably 48 hrs in advance
of arrival
IF GOLD IS SHIPPED BY COURIER OR AIR CARGO
Seller provides shipper information and parcel tracking
We confirm receipt of parcel on arrival
DHL Global Forwarding is available in Ghana, but gold shipments must be declared as "alluvial
concentrates" to be accepted.
Please obtain full value insurance for all shipments.
USA Procedures
Shipment is received and cleared through US Customs by our company’s account
Transportation to the refinery is provided by our officer or Brinks Armored Service
Shipment is inspected and weighed in at refinery
Refinery assays gold within 1 business day of delivery
Assay and final payment statement is made available to seller
Full payment wired to seller’s account within 3 business days of assay
